At Newborn Care Solutions®, we have an Elite NCS™ and Master NCS® Coaching Program. We only allow a select number of students who meet very specific criteria into that group and we work with them for an entire year through monthly group training, individual personalized training, coaching, guiding and promoting as well as an annual 3-day retreat at the completion of Year2 and the completion of the Master NCS® Program to really spend time on honing their skill set and focus. This program is neither easy nor inexpensive and it requires our students to be committed and dedicated. And what it does is help set these talented professionals apart as they truly become the best of the best.

ALL first-time program participants will enter as Year 1 Elite.
Year 1 Elite: Must have completed our Foundational NCS Training Program – either in-person or online and have at least one-year newborn nanny or NCS work and are actively working to transition into NCS work during their first year of the program. Candidates not at this point should consider the NCS Advantage Program first. REQUIRED: take our Advanced NCS Training Program online during the year.
Year 2 Elite: Successfully complete all requirements of Elite Year 1, be fully transitioned into NCS work and complete all the available online courses during the year and be approved by the instructor to move up.
Master NCS®: Must have successfully completed Elite Year 2 Program to apply and be approved by the instructor to move up.
Year 1 and Year 2 require 85% participation to move onto the next level. Master NCS® requires 100% participation in order to receive your Master NCS® credentials. Course materials are ONLY in your student portal during your enrollment year. Access to course material after your enrollment year will require payment of an administrative fee unless prior arrangements are made.
All participants will be required to undergo a reference and background/social media screening, sign a contract and an intellectual property(IP) non-disclosure agreement (NDA) related to program materials and content, as well as a photo/video release. In addition, all students will be required to sign a professional code of conduct agreement prior to the start of Year 1 and understand that any documented violation of that agreement or the IP/NDA agreement may result in removal from the program at the sole discretion of Newborn Care Solutions.
*Once Year 2 is successfully completed, you may officially refer to yourself as an Elite NCS™ and once you have successfully completed the Master NCS® program, you may officially use our trademarked title of Master NCS®.
Program runs January – December 2024.
Option 1 – Pay in Full by December 31, 2023
$500.00 Deposit due upon application. Balance paid in full before December 31, 2023. No Surcharge.

Option 2 – Six monthly payments – paid in full by May 15, 2024
$500.00 deposit due upon application*. Six installments: December 15, January 15, February 15, March 15, April 15, May 15.
There is a $20 surcharge each month for monthly payment options.
Option 3 – 10 monthly payments - paid in full by September 15, 2024
$500.00 deposit due upon application*. Ten installments: December 15, January 15, February 15, March 15, April 15, May 15, June 15, July 15, August 15, September 15

Option 4 — PayPal Financing
$500.00 deposit due upon application*. Balance financed directly through PayPal. Upon approval with PayPal, you’ll receive 6-months interest free if paid in full within 6 months. All payments made directly to PayPal. No surcharge.
No Refunds once you are accepted into the program. Once you are accepted into the program, it is expected that you will fulfill your contractual obligations to Newborn Care Solutions®, just like you would expect a client to fulfill theirs with you. Program membership cannot be transferred or sold. Limited spots available. This will be on a first-come, first-served basis. We will not hold a spot for you without a deposit.
*Deposit will be refunded if you are not accepted into the program for any reason.
Insufficient Funds Policy
We understand things happen. We will forgive one late payment, other than bank error, with no penalties. Two late payments and you will incur a $100 late fee. Three late payments and you will be removed from the program, incur a $150 late fee, and need to pay any balance in full within 10 days to avoid further action.
If paying with post-dated checks, you will incur a late fee/s plus any/all bank fees associated with insufficient funds.
